The upper roller moves vertically up and down at a symmetrical position in the center of the two lower rollers, which is obtained through the transmission of a screw and a worm. The two lower rollers move in rotation, and the output gear of the reducer meshes with the lower roller gear to provide torque for the rolled sheet metal

The upper roller is driven by a bevel gear to move vertically at the most symmetrical position of the two lower rollers. The final gear of the main reducer drives the two lower roller gears to mesh and rotate, providing torque for the rolled plate. 

this machine can complete pre-bending and pipe shaped rolling for one material feeding,arc or moderate taper shaped material can be pre-bend in this machine with minimized residual straight margin and high work efficiency
